Thanks for your inquirey. Since moving to a very rural area 6 yrs ago, I've not had access to a library where I could follow up the references to the children of Aaron Burr. If anyone has been able to, I'd certainly like for them to share with others by posting a response to this message. Following are transcriptions of notes I made while researching just prior to my move:
"Who Was Aaron Burr?"
973.0 Amer. Gen. Jocobus, DL
D25J
V 40
no. 2
M. (1) AT PARAMUS, N.J.       2 JUL 1782       THEDOSIA BARTON

M.                                           ALSTON b. 1746 SHREWSBURY, NY
son = AARON BURR ALSTON       D. 18 may 1794 (cancer)

2.       ILLEGITIMATE DAUGHTERS (IN HIS WILL) + SON
       WANDELL-MINNEGERIDE       NY 2 VOLS 1925

SEE "My Thedosia" & "Theodosia"

Above are transcribed notes which were taken by hand ca 1993 while doing research in genealogical library. Moved in 1994 to rural area where such materials are not available.

1850 Census in Louisa Co., Iowa shows Phoebe B. Mullen, age 42, wife of Charles W. Mullen, as having been born in Ohio. She is supposed grandaughter of Aaron Burr (the V.P.). Marriage record shows Charles Mullen m. Phoebe Merit (Merritt) 17 Apr 1828 in Harrison, Ohio with relative present named Gertrude Chapman Tooley. One son of Chas. & Phoebe Mullen was named Joseph Burr Mullen, and he was my great-great grandfather.
