I have checked Chauncey Rea Burr's book on
the MA Burrs--descendants of Simon Burr and
found no Horace that fits--I would suggest
you pursue the NY or CT Burrs, and perhaps if
you get a chance look in the index of one of
the 3 editions by Charles Burr Todd. The MA
Burrs have sometimes been called the Dorcester Branch. By the way, Burr fans, the founder and principal progenitor of the
MA branch was SIMON BURR, not Jonathan, altho
he did come to the colonies and was a kinsman
of Simon's
After Aaron shot the aristocratic Hamilton the many Burrs in America named sons Aaron &
now everyone wants (well, some) to claim a
descent from ugly Aaron the gunslinger.
