Have a Gordon T. Burr, b about 1892, Upshur
Co, WV, son of Luther Joseph & Marietta (--)
Burr. Luther, 1853-1924 buried in Upshur Co.
Lost track of family after 1900 census. He
had sisters Nellie B., 1887 and Gertie B.,
1889. Have ancestry back to 1500s. Have you
tried his obituary? Death certificate?
There are three main branches in the US of the
Burrs: Jehu, Benjamin and Simon and their
relationship has not been established yet so
far as I know.
