Jessie Webster Burr was born 19 April 1874 in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, the daughter of William Burr and Agnes Gill. She married George Baker in Wilkin Co., Minnesota on 14 Dec 1895. It is believed that he was born in Ontario in 1872.
From various records, mainly US Census records, it appears that they had at least 9 children: Hazel (1896), Mabel (1897), Frederick (1899, Myrtle (1901), Rena (1903), Clarence (1905), Verne (1907), Blanche (1910) and Lily (1912) - all born in Minnesota.
Jessie was from my Burr family in Aberdeenshire. I would love to make contact with any of the descendants of George and Jessie who might be able to tell me a little more about their family. I can help out with a lot of information about Jessie's ancestors.
