My Burr family came from somewhere to Anson County, NC. The local genealogist says that the father of these Burrs was Jacob Burr, the son of Hudson Burr and Phebe Lippincott. If true, Jacob had a daughter named Hannah born in 1790 who had two children, Hannah b 1805 and Melenda b 1812. The local genealogist says that Hannah (1790) is not shown to have ever married. I am interested in the names of the children of Jacob so that I may be able to establish a link to the Anson County Burrs. I see where you list Jacobs wife as Rebecca Hilliard (?). I saw a Lippincott book that gave the Rebecca reference also. Please let know if you have any additional info on Jacob and Rebecca. I am stumped. Be glad to send any information I have.
