Nancy was the mother of my Maternal, Great Great, Grandmother's, mother....Mariah Burr
Although I have never met . She told my G. mother that she was from the northern Burrs and that Aaron was from the Southern Branch...and may have not gotten along :( She may have been refering to Scottland and England??
My Great Grandmother's name was Vina Hottle. (2nd marraige)..(the daughter of Mariah Burr)
She had Bob Hottle from her sedond marraige. Her daughter's name was Marrie Eilers (married name Hilstead)
my mother's name is Corrine Hilstead (married Name Hatalyk)
Now Vina's father was Stilley, the first to Settle the Seattle area, on the green River. Not sure around Stilley's real name, because he was a lone survivor of an indian attack and was a toddler at the time...so not about the name...
