I am sorry I have been so long in getting back to you. I only scan thru the GENFORUM listings once in a while, so missed your question until now.

Kate BURR was born in northern California in 1879, so she was probably not the one you had in mind. I did not get hooked on genealogy until all the older people in my family were dead, so I do not have any details on the later life or spouse of Kate. My father mentioned her when I was growing up, but like any teenager, I did not take notes.
