Hello Kim,
Thanks for your message. Barbara Harvey Burr is part of another Burr family which so far I have not been able to connect to my own family. However, in researching my family I have gathered quite a lot of information about her family. Her parents were John Burr and Isabella Milne, married 18 Aug 1837 at Tarves. I have identified 6 older children born before Barbara. John (her father) was bp. 22 Oct 1809 at Tarves and died 10 July 1868 at Fyvie. He was the 6th out of 11 children I have identified as belonging to James Burr and Margaret Mitchell. I believe James was the son of another James and his wife Margaret Webster.
I'm not sure whether we will ever be able to establish with any certainty that this family is connected to my family.
