Fannie Octavia Burnside (b. 1798 in NC) married James Carmichael Walker (b. 1805 in SC), circa 1823. Both were on 1830 US Census in Limestone County, AL, then both on 1850 and 1860 censuses in Carroll County, MS. Had several children. In Mississippi, in the mid-1850s, 2 daughters, married Lowrimore men, and another daughter married R.T. BURNSIDE in 1854. All were married in Carroll County, MS. Looking for Fannie Octavia Burnside or James Carmichael Walker's parents. Anyone who also knows of a LOUGEE surname connection to the above, please let me know.
