Charles B. Burns, Sr. departed from Greenock, Scotland on the Ship Monima, arriving in 1737.
His parents were George Burns and Mary (LNU).
His grandparents were Rev. Dr. John Burns and Elizabeth Stevenson.
George lived in a home called Rosebank, I have a copy of that home.
They described George's appearance: he had long white hair and dressed like those from the late 1600's to the 1700's; he became very feeble in his older years.
Charles B. Burns, had a younger brother James Burns.
