JAMES BURNES and Betsy his wife of Grant County to WILLIAM FRANKS of Grant County - for $72 - all our right and interest in land claimed by the heirs of JOHN M. FRANKS deceased, said land having been conveyed to JOHN M. FRANKS by JOHN GAY. 10 September 1827. Witnesses: John FRANKS. Ack. 10 September 1827 by James and Betsy (X) BURNS.
