Dear Josephine:

What-do-you-know I cannot find the census page. This was a census from Lanarkshire around Glasgow. A lone Burnfield aged 21 working @ a cork factory. Perhaps this young man was working there whilst awaiting to emmigrate.

I found the following two entries from a fiche frm the IGI which I had copied.

Alexander Burnfield married Elizabeth Speed 31 Dec 1869 in Perth, Perth.

They had a daughter Agnes Waterson Burnfield b. 23 Jul 1873 Perth, Perth.

I presume the Campbelltown you are mentioning is in Ontario.

The marriage cert of Alex/Speed will give you
Alexander's parents.
