Academic Burneys

Does anyone know of any family connection between The Rev C.P Burney who took over running Weston's Academy (founded in 1712), Greenwich, England in 1793, and The Rev Edward Burney, who is said to have moved his Burney's Academy to Gosport, England in 1870 and renamed it "The Royal Academy". This latter academy was said to have been founded by Dr W. Burney. Both establishments had strong naval/military connections, and, of course there was a famous Burney's Academy in Hammersmith, England.

A family tree showing the relationship would be much appreciated.
