First--the census is not a "Census" made in 1750. It is a hypothetical census put together by Davis in 1998, from data he had collected (much of it speculative and unsubstantiated) I do not think Michael Burner was born yet when John Baumgartner wrote his will and the only grandchild he had was Jacob Burner Jr.
