I have some information of this Jacob Burner. The same as you, I have him being married to Susan Early as well. The parents of Jacob are Samuel and Barbara Stover, and Samuel's parents are Jacob and Magdalena Bumgardner. This is just something I've found after much search, and it all seems plausible.
