Looking for any information on Sophia BURMEISTER (born: 1842) from Mecklenberg/Prussia (I have no idea where in Mecklenberg/Prussia.) She married my gggrandfather, Andrea SPENS (born: 05 Oct 1828) he was also from Prussia. Her parents may have been Johann and Dorothea BURMEISTER. Her siblings may have been Johann and Fritz. They may have immigrated to the U.S. from Hamburg on the Copernicus - 12 Oct 1853. Johann would have been 35, Dorothea 32, Sophia 11, Johann 8 and Fritz 3 yrs. old. ANY and all information would be greatly appreciated!
