Alex, I had an uncle by the name of Harry Burmeister. He was born in Buffalo City, Buffalo Co Wisconsin. He worked on the river from St Louis to Minneapolis. He was a deck hand for a tow boat company. He died in 1977 at age 60. Any connection??? Les Heinemann
