Does anyone know about these two sisters, born in 1795 and 1792 respectively? They each married a Matteson, brothers, who were sons of Reuben and Sarah Matteson. Prudence, for whom my grandmother was named, married Ebenezer Matteson (1800-1876) and Clarrissa married his brother, Jeremiah (1790-1881). Prudence lived in Vermont most of her life and may have been born there. I found a Prudence Burlingame on one of the on-line sources, daughter of William and Phebe Alice Greene Burlingame, but she was born too early (1733). Any help much appreciated. Gail
