I don't know if you are still researching but my Burling family came from Stow cum Quy, England. John Burling m. Mary Harry in 1835,I think and they immigrated to Brooklyn NY in 1855. He made his way to Bureau county Ill. in 1857. There are some cousins mentioned in Kenesaw,Holstein, Lincoln Nebraska, Firth, and Cortland.Did your Burlings' originate in Wales? I know they are connected as I have run into your names before.
