I also found him in 1870 census and daughter Grace was my great Aunt Gertrude Grace....we only ever knew her by Aunt Gertie. I don't have access to the 1860 or 1910 census but the 1910 I know from you're info is him. Fannie still lived at home because she had Downs Syndrome. And youngest daughter Daisie died in 1904 at age 15 years from falling off a horse. Also the fact that they had eight children and seven living is also correct. As far as the 1860 census I am sure this is also him. I have keys that were his and on the key chain is a metal name tag inscribed "JAS. C. Burkholder" don't know if he went by JAS. or if that was a common abbreviation at the time. I also know they were from Lurgan Twp. I have a question about the one son listed as J??, age 9. Were you not able to make out the writing or was it listed that way?
