Thomas W. Burgess died in Wayne Co., TN in 1849 from court records. Most researchers have him dying elsewhere later. Wife, Mary, relinquished her right to administer the estate. I am totally confused by others' information. His daughter, Jemima Anne Burgess, born 1808, was my husband's great, great grandmother. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
