Robert and Hannah appear in the 1920 and 1910 censuses living in Marshall Co., WV. They are together in the 1900 census in Greene Co., PA. Robert was born June 1854, Hannah Dec 1872, John T. June 1893, Lavina A. Aug 1896. Robert and Hannah were married 10 years. Considering the ages of the children it seems unlikely Rachel died in 1899, perhaps 1889.
Robert and Rachel appear in the 1880 census in Greene County. They were living next door to James Burge 62 and Mariah Burge 62. Robert appears with James and Marie in the 1870 and 1860 censuses in Greene County.
You'll find other family members as well including Robert's mother in law and a child he had by Rachel.
Some of these records you can look at for free at labs.familysearch.org and Ancestry.com. For those you cannot see for free I suggest checking with your local libraries to see if they have Ancestry or Heritage Quest.
Check with the Cornerstone Genealogical Society in Waynesburg to see if they can find anything on the Burge Family and specifically an obit for Robert. They may be able to suggest the best places in Marshall County to check.
Although he was living in West Virginia just months before he died I could not find a death certificate for Robert. I did find ones for his sons John 1934 and Benjamin 1937 and for Hannah: http://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_dcsearch.aspxhttp://www.wvculture.org/vrr/va_dcsearch.aspx
