This looks like Samuel Burdett (born abt 1825) in Chichester Sussex, who married Ann. Their children Fanny (1850-1901), Annie (1860 - ?) and Frank (1867-?) feature on UK census records. Fanny married Henry Rogers in Marylebone in 1878, and there were 9 children of that marriage, although not all survived to adulthood.
I have not found evidence of Samuel moving to the US though.
