I am researching a Humphrey Burdett who was born 1720-30. Since Humphrey is not a common first name, perhaps this was the same family. This Humphrey lived in Pittsylvania co VA and may have been bro of Jarvis and Wm. who lived in same area. He willed all his property in 1794 to Thompkins who was my ggg grandfather. Tax lists of 1782 list his family of 7 whites. Need info on the other children.
