I just realized something. This is Jack's father. I get their names mixed up because they both had the same name. Are you aware of the burial place of Jack Burdette who was married to Ann Amelia Jones (sometimes referred to as Annie in the census)? I know Amelia is buried in Stanley, Ky, but it appears that Jack died some time before her. I'm having a terrible time tracking him down. His youngest son Godfrey, was placed in an orphanage for reasons unknown, as of yet. Jack is so elusive in records that I am able to access, that the info that I have is either unverified or non-existent. Thank you.
