My Lewis A. Burdett was married to Amanda Samples in 1850 in clay county and was 20 years old at that time, they already had one son Samuel Preston Burdette, who is my ancestor, there were several Lewis A. Burdette's at the time, but i am sure that the one who married Amanda Samples was in Clay County at that time(1850).
