My grandfather, James K., lived and died in Bellingham, WA.../// From Phillis, Morefield Researcher: The Robert Morefield, you mentioned below, has been a question mark for us also. We think he may have been the s/o Malleissa J Morefield and John Bailey, who is the subject of an Aug 1871 court case in the JCT Bastardy Bonds. The state was suing Bailey as the father of Malleissa J. Morefield's bastard child. They were both living in the home of Richard Donnelly in the 1870 JCT census. Robert was 'bound out' to William Burchett. We don't know any more about him. He could have died young or used another given name.)
