The Thomas Jefferson Burchett in my Virginia family was born in Hancock county, TN in 1849. He married LouEmily Gilliam and they lived in Blackwater, VA. His children included Jonas, Amanda, Hervey and Marion (male). I doubt this is the same Thomas Burchett, but it is interesting. I have visited his gravesite and seen the old family farm. If you find that there is a connection between the two. Please let me know. He was my gr gr grandfather.
