Elizabeth Burchett of North Carolina???

All I have is the name Elizabeth Burchett and this word of mouth history. I have been told she(my great grand mother) was a full blood Cherokee Indian from North Carolina. I can confirm she married James "Buck Jim" Kiser of Sandy Ridge community, Russell county, Va around 1850. If anyone has information about her please let me know. Thanks.
