Does anyone have any information about Lewis Burchett who was was manumitted in Jackson County, Ohio on 22 March 1820. This is referenced in a book BLACK AND MULATTO PERSONS IN JACKSON COUNTY, OHIO and also Journal of Afro American Historical and Genealogical Society, Volume 5 in 1984. Any help would be appreciated.
