John Burchett was b-1735 Va. d-1835 Buried in the Woodruff Cm, Marrietta, Washington, Co. Ohio. Cemetery records show he was 100 years old. The 1810 census shows John and John Jr. living beside each other. John Jr. was b-bef 1779 in Va. d- abt 1850 in Marrietta, Ohio. Married the 1st time abt 1800 Had at least 6 children. John Burchett b-1805 d-1830, David Burchett b-abt1810 m-Nancy Johnson, April 13, 1830, Hanna Burchett b-abt 1812 d-bef 1870 Marrietta, Ohio, George Burchett b-July 22, 1812 d-1899 Adair Co. Mo. M-Elizabeth Gossett June 7,1832 in Marrietta, Ohio, Sarah Experience Burchett b-abt 1814 Washington Co., Ohio and Benjamin Burchett b- a814 Washington Co, Ohio. John Married 2nd time to Joan Wilson Dec. 3, 1826. George Burchett was my GGGreatgrandfather and I have a very good recored of all his children.
