Edward Burcham is one of my immigrant ancestors, I think. I have found little information about him to date.
He may have been born 23 Jun 1616 in London, England.
He may have been baptized 03 Jan 1607 at Markby, Lincolnshire, England. Obviously not both!
He may have married Katherine Mason on 15 Sep 1631 at Saleby, Louth, Lincolnshire, England.
I don't know when or on which boat he arrived in America.
He was one of the original proprietors at Lynn, MA in 1636.
He may be the father of Anne Burcham who married William Hawkins in the 1650s.
He may be the father of Frances Burcham who married Isaac Willey 08 Jun 1660. Isaac Willey died Aug 1662. Widow Frances Burcham Willey married second Clement Minor 26 Nov 1662 at Hingham, Plymouth, MA. This is who I am descended from.
I would like to learn more about my Burcham ancestors if someone will share!
