Retired Farmer Stricken Thursday
In ill health for several months, John Wesley Burcham, 70, died at 8:52 AM Thursday at his home on Clay Bank hill. He was a retired farmer.
Mr. Burcham, who made his home with a daughter, Mrs. Paulina Taulbus, is survived by seven other children.
The body was taken to Leonard funeral home for preparation and was later sent to Gillmore KY for funeral and burial Saturday.
NOTE: Logan is in Hocking County, Ohio. John’s Ohio death certificate (File No. 52656) lists his parents as James Burcham and Polly Banks.
