My name is Virginia Lee Burcham. I was put up for adoption in 1973. Recently I found a copy of my father's death certificate, as well as his obit, and I was hoping that someone would help me. His name was James Edward William Burcham Sr. He was born in 1945 in Illinois to Lester L Burcham and Virginia (maiden name unknown on the death cert.). He was married to Barbara Hill 8-14-1969, died 1-16,1973. His obituary from the Lincoln NE Star newspaper " Survivors, Father, Lester L. Dundee IL.; brother, Lester R. Dundee IL.; sister, Mrs. Henrietta Staley, Elgin IL.; Mrs. Georgia Ann Williams; grandmother Mrs. Ida Burcham, Dundee IL." James' last address was in Lincoln, and I do have a SS number, although he does not come up in the SSDI. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
