Prior to my father's death in 1989, he discovered he was adopted as an infant in 1912 in Chicago. His mother's name was Elizabeth Lucille Burbage, born 1889 in Elmira NY. The father of the baby was listed as Edward J. Burbage, born 1863-4 Elmira. Trying to unravel the mystery, because I believe Eliz. was Edward's daughter. Anyone can help?
