The first Bunton/Buntin I found was John Bunton (Buntin) Pt Feb R. Oct. 1673 Middlesex
Engish Convicts in Colonial America. Pleaded Transportation in Feb. reprieved for Transportation in Oct. Marriage records of Rowan County Page 45
James Buntin and Mary ____ 1763
The marriage Bond was signed by Erwin but have another source that believed her name was Byers: James Born 1744 North Carolina
Killed by Indians 1780 Was in Rev. War 1779 Capt. John Holder's Co. of Madison Co. Ky.
Virginia Land Commission, Harrodsburg Ky. Feb. 4, 1780-The Land lying on the dividing ridge between Jesse-Mine Creek and the Head of the South Fork of Clear Creek-They had six
children: William, Sarah , James , Mary, John and Andrew: Nicholas Co. Kentucky. Have more
