bunnell, zebulon montgomery pike, 3rd son of david, born at bethany, july 6, 1813, he married clarinda, d/o john bonham (17790-1853)and sarah hamlin (1790-1882) of mt. pleasnat twp. his father was from n.j. he was a member of the methodist ch. her paternal grandfather, zedekiah bonham. her mother was the eldest child of harris hamlin, and rue easton, native of ct., a sister of the late butler hamlin of salem, and of the late hon. ephriam w. hamlin, of bethany, mrs. bunnel was born march 7, 1816. children; oliver, elory killed in the civil war age 21, amelia, w/o ulysses beers, martha j., w/o alva s. keys, helen m. w/o thomas biles, oscar, eugene died as an infant.

day, lewis, only surviving son of stephen and mary (bonnel) day, was born in chatham, morris co., n.j., june 25, 1813, and resides on dyberry creek, in byberry.

stephen day (1769-1865)

the children of stephen and mary day, jane (1790=1871), w/o moses ward and mother of rev. elias o. ward, elias, 1792, barney, 1794, settled in ohio, harriet (1796-1804), benjamin b. born in 1798 resided in ohio, reared a family, but died in new orleans. he had one son who was shot by the indians, another son benjamin b., mary j., (1801-1862), w/o levi ketchem, damarias, w/o hon. ephriam w. hamlin, edwin s., 1810-1866, and lewis day.
