This is a long shot. I'm researching my Arman/Briggs family in Arkansas/Texas. My uncle's middle name was Bunn and I'm thinking it may have been a family name, but I don't know which side. The Armans were from Illinois.

John Phillip Arman married Martha Ann Briggs in 1895, probably in AR. They lived in Hot Springs, Arkansas, until moving to California in the 1940s. He was the son of George Washington Arman and Rosilla Hallum Arman of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois & Arkansas.

Martha & John Arman's children: Dolly Belle, Nellie Kay, Edward Burt, Velma Jewel, Wilbur Bunn, Thelma Jean, Roy Ralph, Elmer George.

I don't know my Briggs ggrandfather's first name. He may have been Albert G. Briggs.
