My husband's ggggrandfather was Marquis De Lafayette Bunn b.7-2-1811 NC d. 1-30-1899 AL m. Zina Era Hearn (b. 1812) 10-22-1832. Their 7th child was Silas Mitterson Bunn. What info do you have on Silas or Richard Bunn or Zeney Hearn? In 1997 I was in contact with Steve Martonak (shmartonak@chrysalis.org) who was the ancestor of Moses Hearn, brother of David M. Hearn who lived next door to Zina and MDL in 1850 Talladega census. Have you been in contact with him? Not even sure if he's still at the same e-mail address. Hope this helps!
