The February 2006 issue of ANTIQUES magazine on p. 13 has an advertisement picturing a sampler wrought by Anna Bunker, b. 1796, probably in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The sampler is dated 1807 & was done when she was eleven years old. I am scanning this page in case any of the Bunker descendants might like a copy, either by email or by postal mail. Someone in the Bunker family ought to have it--it's too good to be missed by the family. I know that it has little genealogical value, but it certainly does have family value. My email address can be found by clicking on my highlighted name above. Please email me directly rather than respond to me on this site as I may not see that response. If it were a sampler done by a member of my Pease family, I'd sure want someone to do the same for me. Bill Pease, Lancaster, PA Notify Administrator about this message?
