My great-great-great uncle, Andrew J. TUCKER married a Tennessee C. BANDY (Bundy?). He served in the CW from Pulaski Co. IL where his family lived. I am interested to know if you know anything about Tennessee C. BANDY/BUNDY?
According to his CW pension application she died after about a year of marriage. I am assuming that she probably died in childbirth. But, I don't know that. She could have died from an accident of anything else, but dying in childbirth was so common to the era that it is my guess. I would like to know which family she belonged to. She would probably have appeared in her birth family in the 1850 census??
