My great great grandfather was James Bunch, born and lived in Indian Ridge (Tampico) section of Grainger County, Tennessee. Born around 1838, served First Tennessee Cavalry (U.S.) Sgt during Civil War, married Mary Davis, buried family farm in Grainger County. Died between 1890 and 1900. Earlier history or family unknown. Mary Davis was born Tennessee but her father and mother were born in South Carolina (Father James Davis). Any help would be appreciated.
