Russ, if I'm on the right trail, Lorenzo Dow is the brother of my ancestor, James Bunch and Fanny (Bunch) Bunch. I believe that James and Fanny were the parents of David Bunch b.3-12-1833 in Cumberland County, KY. Right now David's parentage is a pretty big "IF" so, if this is your line and we can share information send an email. Lorenzo and James mother was supposed to have been full blood Cherokee. So far, I've not been able to verify.
