Shadrack signed his will 10-17-1786. He did not die until 1790.
I have a William as a son of Jeremiah b. 1715. He was b.1736 married to Mary Absilla Bunch 12-23-1875 with Fredrick, (his brother) as bondsman. He died in 1816.
This seems like too much of a co-incidence that there would be 2 Williams about the same age to be married to an Absilla? (Such an unusual name) Can you or anyone else straighten out this puzzle??? Julias had a daughter Absilla which I believe is the one that my William married but she sould would have been a first cousin to your William????
I did want to comment that the name "Polly" was a popular nickname for Mary for those of you looking for a Mary & only finding a Polly. Hope that this help someone.
