I had to check my records to find the marriage date for George Roberts and Marietta McBunch. I could not find my copy of the Marriage License but my sister did find her copy. On the Marriage License Marietta was listed as a McBunch. George Roberts bought the license July 26, 1882. They married July 27, 1882 and the marriage was recorded July 29, 1882 at Coahoma Co., MS. Marietta Bunch/McBunch was a sister to my great grandmother, Martha Ann Bunch/McBunch. My Mother and my Aunt said they called her Aunt Dick (Marietta). They said Marietta had a son named Joe Roberts and a daughter Nancy. Nancy married Goode or Gould. I am not sure about the spelling. I think Marietta and George Roberts moved to TN. I sure hope this is your line and you will help me. My sister, Clara Elizabeth McGee said she will e-mail you a copy of the Marriage License.
