I am descended from Shadrack Bunch and Christie Small. Earlier researchers said that perhaps he was the son of Paul bunch from Bertie co. In the last Bunch newsletter put out by Dewitt Bunch he has him as the son of Jesse Bunch (b. abt 1650) and an unknown indian. siblings are listed as Paul Bunch( abt 1708); Jesse Bunch Jr.( abt 1713); Julius Bunch ( abt 1718 - bef 1797); Micajah Bunch
(abt 1720 - abt 1784 ); Nazareth Bunch ( abt 1725) Ishmael Bunch ( abt 1728-bet 1790 and 1800); Shadrack Bunch ( abt 1730-1789). Henry Bunch ( abt 1685 to May 1775 ) is listed as an uncle, son of Jeremiah Bunch (abt 1650) and unknown indian. No citations are given other than a tax list for Jesse Bunch. He states that the above information is open for correction and welcomes any input that you might have.
