hi kathy,my cousen who is now in a nursing home passed on her notes to me on the bompass,bumpasse,bumpus,bumpas,bump.in some of her notes she mentions edward ,bump,bompasse,bumpas and his wife hannah anable which was supposed to be a native american were at the fort at the out break of king philips war. she also mentions bumpas/bump was realted by marriage not by blood to king philip.her notes had no source of information.have you ever heard that there is some native american blood in our family?, if so plaese contact me.thank u.tom
