Not related. The Daily Ardmoreite Ardmore, Oklahoma Friday, October 28, 1955 Pioneer Local Woman Dies Mrs. W. H. 'FANNIE' BUMPASS, widely known early day business woman of Ardmore, died Friday morning in the home of her daughter, Mrs. RAMON MARTIN, Oklahoma Cioty, following a long illness. She was 85. Services will be Saturday in Smith-Kernke Funeral Home in Oklahoma City followed by burial here in Rose Hill Cemetery. Ardmore Chapter No. 70, Order of the Eastern Star, will direct graveside services. Mrs. Bumpass kept books here for Koloski Wholesale Grocery Co., J. E. Hamilton, Will C. Gardner Real Estate, Sam Yaffe and other local firms. She was a member and active worker in the Methodist Church, OES, and the Business and Professional Women's Club at the YWCA. Since 1942 she had made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Martin at Oklahoma City. Besides the daughter, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. MATTIE DUNN of Tulsa and one granddaughter FRANCES KAY MARTIN. The family will be with Mr. and Mrs. W. F. ABBOTT, 119 1/2 N Washington, while in Ardmore. Notify Administrator about this message?
