Isabella Belyea- John Lyon

My friend's mother was Eleanor Lyons from Rhode Island, dau. of Alfred Ernest Lyons of Westfield, New Brunswick. She likes the show, "Who Do You Think You Are", so as a surprise, I started a family tree for her and traced the 1 1/2 centuries to her great grandfather, Aylmer Addington Lyons. The marriage of John Lyon and Isabella Belyea on 10 Feb 1841 has given me so much to tell her about her 2nd great grandmother, Isabella. But I am now at a standstill with John Lyon, a blacksmith, b. 1803/04 New Brunswick. There are so many Lyon families in New Brunswick, Canada, that were Loyalists from Connecticut. It only makes sense for them to interact with the Belyea family of New York, but I cannot find the connection. I have found John Lyon's burial with Isabella Belyea at St Peters Cem. in 1888 according to the Greenwich & Westfield Anglican Church Records. At the time of their marriage, he is listed as being from Studholm Parish. Does anyone know the parents of John Lyon?
