John Bulmer of Cincinnati

John Bulmer, age about 22 is found in Columbia Township (right outside Cincinnati) in the 1850 census. He is single and living with a family named Butt (no kidding). Ten years later he is married with several children living on Deer Creek (the worst neighborhood in 19th century Cincinnati) with his wife Catherine Apgar Bulmer and kids. Five years later he died of Jaundice. His death notice said he was born in Scarborough England and was 44 years old which would make him born in 1821. He gave his birthplace as England on both census records as well. I have searched and searched and like the others posting to this forum, this John seems to have appeared out of thin air with no family around him at all. Any help would be appreciated. His children were William, Elizabeth, Lilly, Emma and John, also was a Clara probably born after the census as was John.

Anyone know these folks??
